IPE is looking to hire a part time Human Resources Manager (working remotely) to handle all our HR requirements.
Your tasks will include
1. Developing job descriptions for current / future positions
2. Recruiting new employees
3. Employee communication (Monthly newsletter)
4. Developing Employee Performance Management framework
5. Team building
The ideal candidate would have all of the following attributes
1. Either HR related experience OR education
2. Basic knowledge of the internet and adult entertainment industry
3. Ability to work independently ( you will be the complete HR dept)
4. Willing to set and achieve SMART goals.
